Accessibility statement

Prepared on 24 July 2026 using Complaudax's own audit engine and reporting pipeline.

Complaudax is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities across this website, the Complaudax dashboard, and the browser extension side panel. We hold ourselves to the same standard we help agencies deliver: WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Conformance status

The three Complaudax surfaces are fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA based on our most recent self-evaluation. Fully conformant means the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without exceptions in the areas evaluated by automated testing, complemented by manual review of keyboard operability, focus visibility, and reduced motion behavior.

How this statement was produced

We audit Complaudax with Complaudax. The same extension audit engine our customers use (axe-core 4.12.1, bundled unmodified) runs against every page of this website, every screen of the dashboard, and the extension side panel. Results are filed to a Complaudax workspace, tracked as issues, and the conformance documentation is generated by our own reporting pipeline.

  • Evaluation date: 24 July 2026. Engine: axe-core 4.12.1. Target: WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • Pages evaluated: 20 (10 website pages, 9 dashboard screens, 1 extension panel).
  • Automated violations found in the latest evaluation: 0.
  • Issues found and fixed during this self-audit cycle: insufficient text contrast on secondary table text and severity badges, and a missing main landmark on the sign-in page and extension panel.

Measures we take

  • All three surfaces share one design system built for AA contrast, visible focus, and full keyboard operability.
  • We honor the prefers-reduced-motion setting completely.
  • The self-audit runs in continuous integration; a release is blocked if any WCAG violation is detected.
  • Generated PDFs are tagged and screen-reader readable.

Limitations

Automated testing covers roughly half of WCAG success criteria. The remainder is reviewed manually using the same manual checklist we ship in the product. If a barrier slips through, the feedback channel below reaches the engineering team directly.
